Breathe deeply, release gently, and reconnect with your inner calm in this nurturing early summer restorative yoga class. As the days grow longer and nature comes alive, we invite you to slow down and balance the outward energy of the season with quiet, supported postures designed to relax the body and settle the mind.
Using bolsters, blankets, and props, you'll be guided through a sequence of deeply restful poses that encourage nervous system regulation, gentle opening, and subtle energetic renewal. This class is perfect for all levels, offering space to pause, reflect, and restore—leaving you refreshed, grounded, and aligned with the rhythms of the season.
What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative yoga is a gentle practice designed to bring the muscles, joints, vital organs, and nervous system back into a natural state of balance and grace. You rest in comfortable, supported positions that balance and restore the body’s energy system. When we slow down we have space to listen and respond appropriately, finding a softer and more grateful side of ourselves.
PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED $30/PERSON

BACKGROUND ON BRIAN :
Twelve years ago, Brian, a wandering monk, renounced his former life and set out on the road to share the mystical path to Self-Realization. He has held hundreds of gatherings at spiritual centers, churches, and yoga studios all over the country. He is an inspirational speaker and a meditation teacher and has been venturing to Yana for 4 years now!
Satsang means “association with higher Truth.” In these sacred gatherings, Brian speaks about the nature of Truth and Love, and he recounts his amazing adventures as a monk and renunciant. He tells ancient tales about the mystical lives of saints. He holds a transformative space to bring the mind into deeper states of meditation. He plays harmonium and leads kirtan.
