This 4-session series is designed for those who are curious to explore different approaches to meditation in a supportive and intentional space. During these sessions Deb will introduce different styles of meditation and introduce topics to support you in your practice. Offering you the opportunity to experience, reflect, and discover what resonates most.
Practicing in a group brings a unique and powerful energy. Together, we create a shared field of awareness that can deepen focus, support consistency, and open the door to more meaningful insight.
Expect a blend of theory, guided meditation, quiet practice, and gentle discussion, all within a welcoming and grounded environment.
