Mary Ann works with Usui lineage of Reiki, a traditional Japanese healing modality developed by Dr. Mikao Usui. This practice works by channeling universal life force energy to support balance on every level. Techniques can involve light touch (with consent) or placing hands above the body, to sweep out stagnant energy out of the nooks and crannies within the body, mind, and spirit. Through her ability to look within the beyond the surface and into the soul of a person, Mary Ann uses a gentle and supportive presence to help you let go of what no longer serves you. Rebecca shares Sound as Medicine as a vibrational tool for self regulation and regeneration, coming from a place of deep love and reverence for Sound in all forms. Her SoundScapes connect awareness, breath and ambient sound to create an immersive mindfulness experience similar to a guided meditation. DEEP CLEAN will feature Rebecca’s gem infused Crystal Tones® Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® set, which was intuitively curated for her as an individual through an extensive selection process.
