7.83 Hz frequency known as the Schumann Resonance--often called the
“earth's heartbeat.” This natural frequency has been believed to
support relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote sleep
quality.
Join us for a gentle, accessible vinyasa flow paired with
Bristol of New York's live, nature-inspired soundscape.
No yoga experience necessary; come as you are.
