Sometimes called the Awakening Moon, the Budding Moon, and the Ice Breaking Moon, The Pink Full Moon, which is unique to April, beckons us to tap into the part of ourselves that longs to reawaken, grow, and bloom. Join Niki and Suzanne for a special gathering that will blend ease and rejuvenation. Together we will gently move our bodies, take some time to rest, and then practice breathing practices and meditation to reawaken and inspire us.
Bring a journal or notebook! We suggest an early and light dinner before this practice.
