Rooted is a three-night, four-day immersive retreat for women who are ready to step away from the noise of daily life and root more deeply within themselves.

Nestled in the rolling hills of the Willamette Valley, we've created a space designed to support quiet reflection and gentle exploration. Through a guided blend of somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, you'll be supported in connecting with what's present beneath the pace of everyday life.

A unity room reservation grants one participant a bed in a shared community style housing room and includes all retreat activities and meals. You will have your own bed and will share bathroom facilities with other participants.
