Turning Healing into Art—And Art into Everyday Magic
Join us for an evening of relaxation, creativity, and connection at The Happy Seed Gardens, where Caring Arts and nature meet to bring you a healing experience. This event is designed for anyone looking to unwind, explore mindfulness using their creative side, whether you’re a seasoned artist, never picked up a paintbrush or just curious.
Meet Liz—the creative force behind Caring Arts. Liz is a cancer survivor who has turned her personal journey into a beacon of sharing and creativity. She channels her experiences into watercolors and mark-making that isn’t just seen—it’s felt. Liz’s art is all about expression, being present, curious, and in following the inner wisdom and process.
In this fun and relaxing mindful art session, we’ll blend creativity and mark making. It’s a space where you can tap into the present moment, manage a little stress, and where creativity has no rules and is judgement free. The focus is on the journey, your own journey, not the final product.
Join us in art, tea, friendship and finding a space of calm amidst the busy world. Enjoy some snacks and get ready to let your creativity flow. You’ll have the freedom to explore, express yourself, and maybe even discover a little magic along the way.
No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to have fun.
Limited space – 10 people max.
Feel free to bring some wine and take a well-deserved break. Light snacks will be provided...and tea of course!
Melt away stress with a soothing sound bath surrounded by the gentle company of GoatToBeZen sweet goats. As calming tones from crystal bowls and chimes wash over you, the goats will wander through, offering snuggles, nuzzles, and plenty of smiles.
This unique experience blends deep relaxation with playful animal connection—helping you reset your mind, restore your energy, and leave with a lighter heart. Perfect for anyone seeking peace, joy, and a little barnyard magic.

Peace. Love. Goat.
Hello Gogis!!
The Event: This is an hour event that includes introductory time with the goats, the yoga session, and then a follow-up time where you can take photos/snuggle with the goats if you wish.
What to Bring: Bring a yoga mat or towel that you won't mind if it gets stepped on (or pooped/tinkled on) by goats. The goats find keys, water bottles, and bags highly entertaining, so we recommend leaving them right outside of the yoga area. Cash if you would like to shop in The Happy Seed Co. store.
This is an indoor event unless weather is warm then it may be at the pavilion.
Age: This event is for anyone 10 years old and over.
The Yoga Class: This is a one-hour yoga class for people of all yoga experience levels including people who have never before tried yoga. The yoga is for people of all religions and focuses on breathing and relaxation.
Tickets are limited, must be purchased ahead of time, no walk ins. Tickets are refundable until 24 hours before event takes place.
Please remember that this event is held with live animals. While they are tame and friendly, there is still a possibility to encounter nibbling, climbing, bleating, urine and feces. Please note that GoatToBeZen and The Happy Seed Company is not responsible for any barnyard behavior that may lead to the damage of your property. If it is valuable or brand new, please leave it at home or locked in your car. A liability waiver must be signed before joining the event.
We look forward to seeing everyone on the mat!
Naaaamaste,
Amanda B
