Mat Pilates is proudly presented as part of Sunshine Coast Council’s Healthy Sunshine Coast program.
Held in the Palmwoods Hall over the colder months. Designed for all ages 5+ and abilities.

Pay on the day in CASH only.
$5 for a child accompanied by a paying adult
$5 for Healthcare/Pension Card Holder (must show on visit)
$10 for Adult
