Childbirth Express is designed to prepare families for the birth they desire in any setting and with any provider. The course happens over two consecutive days (each are four hours with a break midway through). We will cover: establishing your birth support team, different birth locations, identifying your birth preferences, the mechanics of birth, setting up your birth space, non-medicinal coping techniques, interventions (including a backup cesarean plan), and preparing for a successful transition into life with baby.
Birth partners are encouraged to attend.
Join us for a dynamic workshop designed for expecting and postpartum families, led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic health Dr. Jen Rawlins.
In this class, we’ll gently break down the basics of the pelvic floor: what it is, why it matters, and how it supports your body through pregnancy, birth, and recovery. We’ll also explore common experiences like urinary leakage, constipation, and discomfort with intimacy; things that many people go through, but that are absolutely not something you have to just live with.
You’ll leave with simple, practical tools to support your body, build awareness, and promote healing during pregnancy and the postpartum period, so you can feel stronger, more connected, and more confident in your body.
Connection, regulation, and early bonding
Connect & Grow: Sprouts is a gentle, guided class for parents and their youngest babies, focused on building connection and supporting early development through presence, touch, and rhythm.
In these early weeks, your baby is learning the world through your voice, your touch, your breath...
Together, we’ll explore simple ways to:
✨ Build connection through eye contact and responsive
interaction
✨ Support regulation with touch, holding, and rhythm
✨ Explore age and
developmentally appropriate sleep
✨ Introduce tummy time in a low-pressure, supportive
way
✨ Understand your baby’s cues and early communication
✨ Learn age and developmentally appropriate play
Movement, curiosity, and interaction
Connect & Grow: Explorers supports this exciting stage of increased movement, awareness, and curiosity.
As your baby begins to roll, reach, and engage more with the world, this class offers guided ways to support their development while staying rooted in connection.
Together, we’ll explore:
✨ Movement and positioning to support strength and
coordination
✨ Child-led play that encourages curiosity and early
problem-solving
✨ Social interaction through songs, turn-taking, and
engagement
✨ Understanding developmental changes without comparison
Confidence, mobility, and early communication
Connect & Grow: Movers is designed for babies on the move—crawling, pulling up, cruising, and beginning to explore more independently.
With growing mobility comes new questions, new challenges, and new opportunities for connection.
In this class, we focus
on:
✨ Supporting safe exploration and physical
confidence
✨ Encouraging early communication through play and
interaction
✨ Navigating independence while maintaining
connection
