Join us for a moms' night out where we will come together for an intentional gathering designed to help process the challenges of life as a mom. This is an opportunity to befriend your parts (have you seen Inside Out?) and connect with other moms in a deeply meaningful way. Enjoy a guided 5 step IFS (Internal Family Systems) process to gain clarity, self compassion and acceptance for all your parts. Facilitated by Jessica Tomich Sorci, LMFT/maternal mental health specialist.
