We will cover the key principles of perinatal fitness so that you can approach movement as your own best trainer—optimizing benefits, preventing or resolving common symptoms, and feeling empowered in your body again.
You’ll learn how to:• Build foundational strength that supports your core, pelvic floor, and full body• Modify workouts through each trimester and beyond without losing intensity or progress• Understand pressure management, breath mechanics, and alignment for optimal performance• Recognize the signs your body is giving you and adjust accordingly• Return to fitness postpartum safely and sustainablyThrough a blend of education, demonstration, and guided movement, you’ll leave with practical tools you can apply immediately to your workouts, classes, or daily life.
