Ready for the perfect wellness Saturday? We'll start off with a 1 hour hot sculpt class taught by Rachel Amundson followed by 2 hours of socializing, brunch, and the best part, cold plunging.
After pushing your body in a heated Hot Sculpt class, stepping into an icy plunge isn’t just refreshing, it’s powerful. Moving from heat to cold, also known as contrast therapy, can:

Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. We'll be keeping the studio hot in between plunging for free flow and warm ups!
