Learn how to relieve stress and pain through a self-massage technique using different sized therapy balls. Improve your body mechanics, range of motion, and posture, by releasing the connective tissues and muscles that constrict our lives. We will use yoga postures and breath work to release our habitual tendencies and focus on healthy movement patterns designed for you. All are welcome.
