Finding Ground with Flow is a two-hour small-group experience that works on two levels at once: the story you're carrying in your mind and the way your body is holding it. Through Sun style tai chi movement and guided coaching inquiry, we practice finding the ground that was underneath you all along.
This is not a yoga class. It is not a therapy session. It is something quieter and more practical than either: a chance to move, reflect, and leave feeling more like yourself than when you walked in.
What to expect:
~ We open with tai chi movement to arrive and settle.
~We move into honest conversation about what unsteady actually
feels like right now.
~We move again to let it land in the body.
~Then we close with stillness, intention, and one word to carry
home.
No prior tai chi experience needed. No right answers. Just two hours of real work in a small, safe group.
