We will gather in circle and open ceremony via cacao, tea, or other sacred opening practices that will allow the heart to open and the mind to calm.
A short meditation will follow to ground you into the circle and connect.
The remainder of the workshop will be open discussion where everyone will get a chance to share anything they wish to share with the circle.
You will leave feeling grounded in community and a deep sense of safety and support by the others in the room.
