Increase your stability and strength in this 1 hour power Pilates class. Classical and contemporary Pilates choreography will be taught with a twist to increase your overall heart rate and energy levels! This is a challenging, energetic class with a focus on alignment and integration of breath. You will use your own body weight with the exercises on the mat and conclude in a meditative stretch.
* 2-3 pounds hand weights and a yoga block are optional, but highly encouraged.
