Ayurveda has long been preaching – and modern science now agrees – digestion lies at the cornerstone of optimal health. But did you know that HOW you eat has an even bigger impact than what you eat? In this engaging afternoon workshop, we will unpack the “3 R’s” of Ayurvedic medicine: regulate agni (digestive fire), remove ama (toxicity), rebuild ojas (strength & vitality). You’ll leave with practical tips and tools to strengthen your fire, clear your mind, and kick digestive drama to the curb.
