About this workshop:
Pressure can be a catalyst for growth, if you know how to navigate it! In this engaging workshop, participants will explore powerful strategies for transforming pressure into resilience and inner strength.
What to expect in this workshop:
This workshop will include presentation by Stephanie, self-reflection exercises, group discussion, and guided meditation. You are asked to come prepared to engage in contemplation and introspection and to participate in group discussions. However, you are encouraged only to share that which you are comfortable sharing.
What to bring to this workshop:
Bring something to write on and with (notebook, pen, pencil, etc.). Wear something comfortable and feel free to bring something to drink. If you are attending virtually, be sure to sign in from a quiet, comfortable place, and to set up your space the way you'd like. For instance, you can consider burning a candle or turning on some soft music, if you wish.

In this interactive workshop, participants will examine the main causes of holiday stress and explore steps for handling them. Participants will leave the workshop with powerful insights and techniques for navigating the holidays with greater calm and joy.
