Stephanie will share Cacao Plant Medicine to awaken the heart chakra, promote revitalization & renewal. Sharing cacao brings us into the same energetic frequency, this often results in deeper more intimate peaceful connection with ourselves and each other.
The door will also open to receive vibrational sound medicine with a variety of sound instruments, shamanic drumming, crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, tunning forks, rattles etc. all to raise your frequency.
Gentle movement, Breathwork and a Chakra balancing meditation practice is also included in this experience.

Certified Therapeutic Sound Journey Practitioner, and divinely connected Psychic Medium devoted to guiding individuals towards overcoming their fears and realizing their fullest potential.

Postpartum Fitness & Movement - It’s time to get moving! Baby can be watching us from the sidelines, or in your arms as required, each week we explore a different option for the first 30 minutes of class with movement - yoga and fitness options.
These are gentle and enjoyable practices - no previous experience required.
Each week a new movement class option will be explored including - Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Barre Fitness, Stretch.Strength.Tone & Spinal Rejuvenation
Healthy Choice Nutrition Support for Moms - Each participant will be provided with a personalized nutrition plan and each week there will be time dedicated to discussion for your questions and relevant topics for your collective and individual health and wellness goals. We will share recipes, meal prep tips and easy ways to make healthy meals for busy moms.
Created just for you - a personalized postnatal nutrition program is designed to support recovery, improve energy and mood, and milk production {if breastfeeding}, while promoting gradual, healthy weight management. The focus is on nutrient-rich foods, and easy-to-prepare options that fit into a busy mom’s life.
Community Building - Spending time with other Moms and Babies in a warm, inclusive environment, helps create new bonds and feel supported by others who are experiencing similar moments in life at the same time!
Motherhood can be both rewarding and challenging, and having a supportive network makes a significant difference in emotional, mental, and physical well-being. A community provides a space to share joys, fears, and frustrations with others who truly understand.
Talking with other moms who “get it” can reduce feelings of anxiety, loneliness, and overwhelm.
The last 15 minutes each week will be free time dedicated to sharing and chatting.

Soft ‘Inner Peace’ Qigong leads to the deep release of dis-ease/stress and the restoring of one’s energy channels and the infusion of fresh Qi and Peace through the body (reconnection to the Universal Qi field). Includes sharing tea circle at the end of class. We supply use of meditation chairs and blankets.
Led by Hae Kwang Sunim, this Inner Peace Qigong workshop is considered the ultimate stress reducer. Dive into a practice that seamlessly blends Zen Qigong, “Experiential” Qi Energy infusion, healing instruction, and meditation. Experience a gentle, flowing sequence of Tao In, Deep Breathing, Relaxation, and a remarkable stress-reducing closing meditation that will leave you floating out of the class.
