Our nervous system is constantly responding to our environment and day-to-day stressors. With the world at our fingertips, it is easy to become overstimulated and overwhelmed with stimuli and information, leading to heightened activation of the sympathetic nervous system and less time spent in the restorative parasympathetic state. The result? An over-activation of the sympathetic state strains the nervous system and can negatively impact our overall mental & physical health.
One way to address the challenges of modern-day living is to include activities that encourage parasympathetic nervous system response in daily life.
Join Rachel Saxon and Natalie Workman for a session enriched with different modalities curated to foster a calming of the nervous system. Modalities that may be explored include:
