During this event, we will take a deep dive into the
foundational principles of Ayurvedic
philosophy, beginning with an exploration of the causes of disease
and how imbalance
develops within the mind-body system. We will then look at
Ayurvedic physiology
through an understanding of the five elements and the three
doshas, helping
participants recognize how these energies express themselves
uniquely in everyone.
From there, we will discuss a variety of Ayurvedic healing
modalities, including:
Diet and lifestyle adjustments
Aromatherapy
Yoga and pranayama
Herbal support
Color therapy
Affirmations and mantras
The therapeutic use of spices
To make the learning experience hands-on and enjoyable, we will
also spend time
talking about the basics of aromatherapy and create customized
spritzers using
essential oils. This gives participants a practical tool they can
begin using immediately
to support balance and well-being.
This event is designed to educate, inspire, and empower—offering
each person a
glimpse into the richness of Ayurveda and how its simple, timeless
practices can gently
transform daily life.
The event will include a handout and a spritzer
“The Reset” is a 90-minute co-facilitated movement and
breathwork experience guided
by Joseph ‘Skoob’ Santos and Lauren LiBrandi, designed to
recalibrate the body, mind,
and nervous system. Through intentional movement, rhythmic breath,
and somatic
awareness practices, this class offers a space to slow down,
reconnect, and restore. Set
to a curated soundscape, The Reset draws from holistic principles,
developmental
movements, and energetic harmonization to support participants in
releasing tension,
grounding into their bodies, and awakening clarity and vitality.
It’s an invitation to return
to your center—gently, powerfully, and with presence. Come reset
with us.
Sound baths are a gentle, replenishing experience that help bring your mind & body into a deep state of relaxation through sound & vibration. We will start off on our mats with mindful breathing & body awareness practice to center the body & mind before sinking into a guided savasana that readies you for the activation of several different soothing instruments.
By accessing these deep states of relaxation via vibration & sound we allow the body to drop down into the Alpha and Theta, and often times, Delta brainwave frequencies, moving out of “fight or flight” & into “rest & digest”. These frequencies return us to our parasympathetic nervous system, the state where all healing occurs. This is why the experience will not only leave you feeling centered & grounded but also rejuvenated & replenished.
Discover a new way to meet menopause—with grace, wisdom, and sacred feminine energy.
Many women experience menopause as a confusing or even painful time, a season of change that brings fatigue, brain fog, mood swings, and an unfamiliar relationship with the body. It can feel like your body is betraying you. But what if, instead of fighting these changes, you could meet them with compassion, awareness, and ancient healing practices that honor your body’s wisdom?
In this gentle and empowering 2-hour workshop, Dr. Anna Margolina, Ph.D., invites you to shift the story around menopause from one of loss to one of renewal, vitality, and deep feminine power.
Through the gentle, flowing movements of Golden Lotus Qigong, a Taoist practice designed specifically for women’s bodies, you’ll begin to nourish your energy (Qi), balance your emotions, and reconnect to your body as sacred and wise.
What You’ll Experience
A guided Qigong practice for women in all stages: pre-, peri-, and post-menopause
Movements designed to support your pelvic floor, spine, breasts, joints, skin, and energy flow
A peaceful, nurturing space to reconnect with your inner vitality and feminine rhythm
A simple 10- to 20-minute Qigong routine you can take with you and use anytime, anywhere

Inevitably, as part of the human experience, all of us endure some form of trauma in our lives. For some of us, especially those with childhood trauma, the effects can be lasting and continue to manifest in our lives while taking up residence in our bodies. Fortunately, research shows that intentional, somatic movement, like yoga, is a modality that helps bring release and healing to those traumas.
In this 1 hour monthly offering, we'll move through breathwork and gentle, intentional yoga poses that can help release unhealed trauma stored deep in the brain and body. We will utilize somatic movement, specifically yoga, to help foster recovery and build new neural pathways to orient our bodies and brains to the present moment, creating a sense of safety in the body. With these techniques and practices, you will leave each session with some tools to help build on your own trauma recovery.
