This workshop will break down yoga poses in a 26 pose series. We will learn the correct alignments, modifications, the purposes and benefits of each pose, etc. The 26 poses are designed from simple to complex and intended build strength, flexibility, balance, focus, present moment awareness and to open the entire body for THE master pose - savasana.
This clinic is
great for beginners as well as experienced practitioners who want
to be more skillful in their practice. Jennifer will teach a yoga
class broken into sections- Sun Salutations, Standing Poses,
Balancing Poses, Spine Strengtheners, Heart Openers, Hip Openers
and finally Finishing Poses. After each section, Jennifer will
explain, analyze and discuss each pose in detail focusing on
correct form and answer any questions you may have. This is a great
clinic to understand each pose and to ensure a successful, safe,
healthy and sustainable yoga practice.
Students should bring a mat, towel, water, notebook, and pen. The workshop will be in a warm room.
