Elisa and Shawn bring together the living flow of breath into our movements from the heart. We breath in the air that surrounds us, flow like a loving river and tap into the fire of our souls.

I really enjoyed Mary Ellen as a substitute tonight.  She had a very different style, but it was a challenging and interesting class.  Would gladly attend another of her classes.

Malia’s Ashtanga Mix class was a perfect way to begin the day! She is such a thoughtful instructor who puts such heart and care into each class she teaches.

Practicing with Malia is always treat no matter what style of yoga she is teaching! She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and has amazing energy!

The class was great, so informative and interesting! April is fantastic! Can’t wait for another one!

Once again April has gone above and beyond sharing her passion for Energy Healing with us all. The workshop was amazing and I learned so much. I truly hope that this workshop is expanded on or even developed into something more. I hope to do more workshops on this topic. April is such a shining light and beautiful soul.

The seminar was profoundly grounding allowing g us to learn open our hearts and heal our souls. With this we can be the love for ourselves and the love others need.
