I came in a few days ago for a 45min session for allergy relief. It has really helped clear up my sinus pressure & good for destress as well. Thank you!
My family came in to help relieve some of our respiratory symptoms as we fight a horrible summer cold. Loved the environment of the salt room and that they were accommodating to our toddler. We all are finally able to breathe more comfortably! We will definitely be back now that we know there is one in the area.
Always enjoy our sessions!!
Great experience. Wonderful owners
A salt room experience is one that is hard to describe to others, but well worth the effort! How I personally have improved health-wise is easy for me to know, but I think my regular salt room visits are also helping my body in unseen ways. I have never been congestion-free and sinus pain free in February, or March (or April-November) for as long as I can remember. Breathing is easier, even with heavy exertion (I take classes at the BodyBarre studio next door to the Salt Revival and at the MVMT Pilates & More Studio). I frequently grab a Salt Revival yoga mat and stretch during my salt session just to ensure that I am deep breathing the very finely misted, salty air. I've taken a BodyBarre/Salt Revival 'Salty Yoga' evening class in the salt room and it was phenomenal! I've been to other salt rooms, and Salt Revival far exceeds my "I got nothing out it" from other salt rooms. A day after a salt session, I'll sometimes get a nose clearing, letting me know that the session the previous day was still working for me. I feel like there is less congestion in my sinuses and my lungs. I definitely have less allergy gunk happening in my body. Plus, the room is just NICE. Yes, I have fallen asleep in the Zero-G chairs wrapped in the heated, fuzzy blankets. I bring books, or my headphones and just relax and BREATH. The Salt Revival app is easy to use, and a membership makes my now frequent visits so affordable! I've also held a book club meeting 'in the salt' and can't wait to host another book club session at Salt Revival. 5 stars for Salt Revival - a locally owned experience you shouldn't pass up.
Loved the oxygen experience. Although the full menu and with lavender involved. It was bare minimum for options for oxygen. We would have appreciated the broader scents from the menus. We did 15 minutes oxygen and then proceeded to 45 min salt room. Initially did not understand that salt would be airborne. We were told no sandals in the salt and it was excruciating pain walking on rock salt. Should have been able to wear spa sandals or yoga mats to get to our lounge chairs. The experience was pleasure but only after the painful walk to chairs. We could not make it to front of room simply
Due to the rock salt pain on our feet. We gave feedback to the staff about sensitivity to walking on hard salt rocks. Encouraged spa sandals or disposable feet covers. Once we left our eyes were cloudy and the salt had affected our eyes. Future preference of sunglasses or goggles to protect contact lenses and regular eyes. Love the experience but agreed this would be on medical basis only and not a membership.
First time going and it was great. Relaxing, clean, and very inviting. Would do again.
The oxygen bar was so fun and the salt room was very relaxing! This was a great mommy daughter date. We can’t wait to go back.
It was so relaxing and refreshing!  It's been a couple of years since I was in a Salt Cave so this was a much needed to to relax and reflect!
Thank you, we will return!
Our first time here, and we will definitely return. We met both owners, and they could not have been more informative and nice.
We did the combo oxygen bar, and salt room therapy, and it was great.
My wife is having some slight breathing problems, and she said she could feel the difference after the session.
We will definitely be back.
