The kettlebell class was great!  A new and unique workshop I have never taken.  Shane is always such a fun teacher with creative ideas.  I learned things I can immediately put into practice starting tomorrow.  Thank you!

Excellent class, Kristi’s teaching, demonstrating and review of class notes enhance the learning process.  I’ve attended both teacher training and workshops with Kristi for over 10 years.  All the Body Center instructors are excellent but Kristi is my favorite.

I really enjoyed all the courses I’ve taken so far: Intensive Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Stability Chair. Kristi, Rebecca, and Michelle were all very very kind, professional and supportive. They explained every exercise clearly and made the classes easy to follow. Their positive energy always made me feel comfortable and motivated.

I especially want to mention Rebecca — she’s like a little tornado in the best way! Always full of energy and she makes every class fun and inspiring.

I loved learning here, and I’m looking forward to continuing with Rebecca for the Barrels course in April. :))

This was my favorite workshop in a long time! I love the new large fuzzy strap used for many of the exercises! The exercises feel excellent and are fresh and new! I recommend this workshop for all Pilates Instructors interested in new material and creative new exercises that feel amazing to the body! Thank you!!!

Informative and efficient! Plus a good workout

I really enjoyed today’s Barre teacher training! The instructor “Rebecca” was so knowledgeable, full of energy, and explained everything so well. Eight hours flew by so fast! I’ll definitely be taking another class with her in the future
