Tobi is an amazing teacher. She has excellent cues and options for all levels. I highly recommend any class she teaches! The studio was clean and the front desk person was friendly and helpful.

Very welcoming! This class was intense for a brand new Yoga beginner, but the instructor encouraged modified positions to make poses more accessible. It left a fumbling beginner like me excited for future classes!!

Today was my first time at NoloSol  and the experience was beyond what I expected completely wholesome. After being away from hot yoga for a few months, the 10am class with David brought me back with a sense of hope and joy. The energy in the room felt rare for something as intense as hot yoga . People genuinely cared. It wasn’t about the celebrity of the owner, but about the community itself. I’ll definitely be back and plan to make NoloSol part of my weekly routine. Thank you to the team and everyone who made my first class so special

Colleen is absolutely amazing if you haven’t tried her class yet it’s a must!! She makes everyone feel so welcome and really helps me focus on my form. So grateful for my time with her.

I live in Wisconsin and visit often to visit my daughter and grandchildren. I’m very happy to have found Nolosol. It’s my second time visiting and classes are great and staff extremely helpful and nice. They recognized me and made me feel special. Nolosol is my home from home studio and I’ll be back when in town!
