Going on 3 years at Nolosol. I love it here and found my community. Great people becoming great friends. Love the fusion and power yoga and sol flow and flow and release and warm yin and yoga sculpt. The Barr classes and Pilates classes are so good too. The infared heat
Panels add tons of value. I recommend.

Relaxing class

Excellent instructor. Very relaxing

So glad I found this studio while I was visiting family over the holiday! I take barre classes regularly and wanted to stay on track while I was away. I booked a class with my SIL (who has never tried barre) and we were welcomed so warmly by the gal up front and the instructor, Courtney. The class was great and we felt amazing afterward! I’ll be coming back whenever I visit :)

Great studio with positive vibes. Great instructors that welcome all levels, but know their stuff! Great temp control and really gets the sweat going! Love the local feel without the pressure to over push yourself or keep upselling you.

Went to the Warm Yin yoga on Sunday night! It was a very relaxing exercise and I enjoyed it!

My only (very tiny) gripe was some of the music! The playlist had songs with singing and lyrics, and at times it made it both very difficult to pick out the instructor's voice when she was speaking, and to concentrate on my practice :)

I love the sol flow class - exactly what my body needs. Elayne is amazing great teacher and gives great instructions. Thank you for this class!!
