I live in Wisconsin and visit often to visit my daughter and grandchildren. I’m very happy to have found Nolosol. It’s my second time visiting and classes are great and staff extremely helpful and nice. They recognized me and made me feel special. Nolosol is my home from home studio and I’ll be back when in town!

Me and my sister went for the first time and the owner. Jessica was so nice and welcoming, and Val the instructor was so wonderful, calming, and uplifting.

Loved this class. It was challenging in the best way. Tobi is fun and engaging. Grateful to have this class on Monday and Wednesday mornings to stretch, strengthen, and get some weights in.
