As a new member, I didn’t know what to expect.  The trainers are very warm and encouraging.  I love the small group atmosphere and the amount of attention the members get.  No matter your level or your age, everyone is treated equally and personally.  I highly recommend!!!!

Amazing staff and trainers, it's the first gym where I can see real results.  Every session is new and a fresh challenge with a very supportive membership!
