I just finished a great Friday workout with Josh that was very diverse and well designed as are all the workouts at Accel. I’ve been a member at Accel for 2.5 years and have attended classes 3-4 times a week during that time. I’ve definitely come to realize what I’ve always known but rarely committed to, that consistency is the key. I’m currently at a level of strength, endurance and health that I haven’t had since my college days over 25 years ago. Drew, Darius, Josh, Zack and Brad are all VERY knowledgeable and know how to motivate the right way. If you’re looking for somewhere to take your health to levels you haven’t seen in years and be able to live life to the fullest, Accel is your place.
The supportive and motivating atmosphere, along with a strong sense of community, makes every visit enjoyable. The trainers are highly qualified and passionate!
Brad and Zack helped me recover from two major injuries with expertise, patience and general concern for my well being. Can’t recommend accel strong enough.

Great class taught by Darius, and spotted by Josh. Up Tempo and challenging. For me, currently rehabbing, JOsh assisted with several modification and clearly assisted me for my safety. He even help me up from the floor several time. Highly recommend Accel, especially if you have any type of Sport related goals. Facilities clean, bright and energetic.

Just finished a great strength workout with Brad! Not only does Brad do an awesome job leading classes, but over the last 3 months he has helped me on numerous occasions deal with a lingering calf injury. And now, during the past few weeks he has gone out of his way to help my son with some chronic knee pain. Thanks Brad for going the extra mile. You are greatly appreciated!

Just finished a Saturday workout with Zach. Very well organized and efficient. In 55 minutes, worked upper body, lower body, core and did cardio. Wonderful full body workout.
Challenging, full-body Wednesday workout. Be prepared for 45 minutes non-stop.
