Essential Yoga - Monday IN PERSON- Fall 2025

Mind, body and spirit unite as qualified instructors host friendly non-judgmental classes for beginner and seasoned yoga students. Fusing the postures of Vinyasa, Flow and Hatha yoga styles, participants can experience transformations in their physical well-being, emotional balance and spiritual growth. While focusing on breath control and mindfulness, students will develop healthy, resilient muscles, skeletal alignment and joint stability. Level 2

This is an IN PERSON class. The Monday class is at the Mount Albert Legion Hall. The Thursday class will be held at the Mt. Albert Community Centre.

You will need a yoga mat. There are 13 Monday night classes and there is NO class on October 13. There are 14 Thursday night classes.

Early BIRD pricing is offered until midnight Sept. 3/25. All registrations MUST be paid in full by that time in order to qualify for the early bird price. All payments must be received prior to the class start date. IF PAYING BY E-TRANSFER, PLEASE ENSURE TO ADD THE 13% HST TO THE CLASS PRICE. THANK YOU

Wednesday Small Group Training- Online - Fall 2025 Virtual

Small Group Training offers Personalized Training in an affordable group session, along with benefitting from the energy of a group. Marcie (certified Personal Trainer) will provide a wide range of strength exercises with dumbbells and using body weight. Posture and stabilization exercises will also be incorporated with bursts of cardio. Focus will be on technique, increasing strength, balance, and coordination. Consider this a Personal Training session with your friends!  

This is an online class. You will also receive access to the library with class recordings. 

You will need a yoga mat. There are 14 classes..

Yoga stretches are one of the best ways to begin restoring your body to better health, by improving balance, flexibility and circulation. In this class we will explore a series of gentle, low impact stretches and poses that will help loosen tense muscles, deepen your breathing and relax your mind. These stretches and postures are easy for anyone to do, because you can tailor them to meet your own body’s needs with simple modifications. Level 1/2

This is an ONLINE class and you will also receive access to a library of class recordings in this session.

Beginner Yoga - IN PERSON - Fall 2025

In this slower paced Yoga class we will start by learning the proper form and technique of the Yoga postures. Throughout the class you will gain a better understanding of your body, how it works and how to move from one posture to another fluidly and safely. With awareness to the breath and the mind body connection we will use Yoga techniques and postures to relax, stretch, strengthen and move your body safely. No previous Yoga experience needed. Participants will need a yoga mat.

Feel Good Flow - IN PERSON - Fall 2025

Plan to restore your mind and body with the Feel Good Flow class. This class will have a combination of movement, strength, and relaxation. Movements will focus on a different area of the body from week to week, targeting areas that may be stiff or blocked. Throughout the series, we will strengthen the core. Finishing each unique yoga sequence with a traditional savasana to help you into a sleep time state; calm and relaxed.

Level 2/3
