Winter Mountain Bike Program

EF will be offering an 8-week youth mountain bike program to give youth the skills and confidence to enjoy mountain biking. Each class will be led by experienced youth mountain bike coaches. We will meet from Jan 31 - Mar 21 on Saturdays from 10-11:30am at a variety of mountain bike locations around Richmond.
- Jan 31 - Deep Run Park
- Feb 7 - Forest Hill Park
- Feb 14 - Pocahontas State Park
- Feb 21 - Poor Farm Park
- Feb 28 - Deep Run Park
- Mar 7 - Forest Hill Park
- Mar 14 - Carillon (downtown trails)
- Mar 21 - Pocahontas State Park

Sun, Feb 1st - Swim clinic 1-4 pm at St Catherine's School: This 3-hour swim clinic will maximize your freestyle efficiency & speed. Video analysis is used to give individual attention to every swimmer with specific feedback on how to improve your swim.
