Our Sprint Tri Training Team is designed to provide a complete training program to prepare all levels to safely and effectively complete a sprint triathlon. This 12-week program will prepare you speciically for the RVA Sprint Triathlon on August 24th and Robious Landing Sprint Triathlon on September 28th.
Participants will be given a 12-week online training program that will guide their complete training, access to 3 practices per week (schedule below), expert nutrition and training advice, and phone/email communication with an experienced coach. - Thu 6:00-7:15am or 6-7:15pm Run + Strength

Though we encourage beginners to sign up, we do ask that everyone be able to swim 50m in a pool and ride a bike.

On September 20th from 1-5pm, join experienced triathlon coaches for a comprehensive triathlon clinic designed to prepare you to complete a triathlon safely and effectively by teaching the essential skills of the sport in a fun environment. This clinic will be held at the site of the Robious Landing Triathlon and be great preparation for this event specifically though the skills learned can be applied for success at any triathlon. Participants will learn swim, bike, and run skills as well as transitions and what to expect on race day. Separate youth and adult camps will be held at the same time and location so families can participate. All levels are welcome and beginners are encouraged to participate! Spots are limited, and we expect these clinics to fill fast - sign up now below for only $45.

4:40-4:55 PM: Navigating Race Day (race day flow & pro tips)
