A gentle breathwork & grounding circle for teens Breathe & Be is a twice-monthly, teens-only breathwork experience designed to support emotional grounding, stress release, and body awareness in a calm, non-clinical way.
Each session includes:
30 minutes of gentle, heart-centered breathing (no breath holds, no forced breathing, no hyperventilation)
30 minutes of age-appropriate integration, including movement, connection, and reflection
Sessions are offered as separate Teen Girls and Teen Boys circles, creating a space where teens can feel comfortable, supported, and at ease in their bodies.
The breathwork is choice-based and trauma-informed, allowing each teen to participate at their own comfort level. This is not therapy and not performance-based — it’s simply a grounded space to breathe, move, and reset.
Facilitated by Atahana & Sheila, each circle is held with care, clarity, and respect for individual boundaries.
