Beginning this week, April 29th, 2025, Manic Training will now offer a 12pm "Lunchbreak Lift" Class. This 45 minute class is simply a slightly shortened version of the 1 hour class prevalent throughout the rest of the day. For those who don't have more than an hour but want to get their workout in over the lunch hour, this class is for you! Also, Manic Training is offering new clients a Lunchbreak Lift membership for $89/month. This allows you access to all Tues/Thurs 12pm classes exclusively.
