This 2 hour gymnastics class is designed to help girls ages 7-18 accelerate progress in the sport of gymnastics. Participants should have a background in gymnastic or dance. Girls will work on fundamental skills, including strength and flexibility, front and back walkover, back handspring, as well as skills on the balance beam, uneven bars and vault. The class is appropriate for girls who love to run, jump and tumble, but without focusing on competitive routines.
