One child (12-years or under) attend free with one paying adult.

Children may be children (books, stuffies + whispering are welcome) but we require that adults be responsible children not touching the equipment.

Join like-minded folks for a 15-20 minute meditation followed by friendly fellowship.

Your meditation will be lead by staff + may include breathing exercises, hand mudras, visualizations, etc. as you are seated in a chair or on the floor in the EEsystem session room.

Following the meditation, the group will move to the lobby area for complimentary water + tea as the remainder of the hour is spent socializing.

This event is donation-based. Cash only, please.

Group size is not limited.

Please bring blanket, bolster, meditation cushion if you will be seated on the floor.
