The Roll Model® Therapy Balls provide targeted self-massage trigger point therapy by using specially designed high grip rubber massage balls and focused movement routines to help penetrate through layers of skin and muscle to massage deeply into your high tension areas. The balls stimulate the nerves that provide positional feedback to your brain; consequently, you can sense whether you are in or out of alignment. You are able to make better choices about your position in space, as it relates to your activities.
Please join us for a relaxing immersion in a variety of healing sounds. Dmitri will play gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, drums and more. Come in your comfy clothes, ready to relax and release, aided by the calming vibrations.
Did you know sound vibrations have immense healing potential? As our bodies are made of energy and all matter is constantly vibrating, we can promote wellness and facilitate healing by influencing and harmonizing these energy fields. Quantum healing techniques often involve using specific frequencies, such as sound waves or electromagnetic waves, to restore balance and enhance vitality.
A gently played sound bath can induce specific brainwave states,
such as relaxation or focus, and has calming therapeutic effects.
Played properly, sound can be vibrational medicine, emitting
specific frequencies to stimulate the body’s energy centers and
promote healing.
Learn the fundamentals of pranayama, the fourth limb of Patanjali's Eight Limbed Path. Pranayama is the gateway to the subtle body and the meditative limbs of Yoga. Class will begin with a short asana sequence designed to prepare the body for focused breathing, followed by detailed instruction and practice in nadi shodhana, alternate nostril breathing. This breath practice has a deep purifying impact on the nervous system. The breath and the mind are deeply interwoven, so by working with the breath we in turn work with the mind.
Sound bathing is the practice of mindfully listening to different sounds that help relax the body and mind. Sound baths provide an immersive, full-body listening experience that can bring balance, relaxation, and a sense of calm to your whole being.
