The Akros Game Day for “self-control” will be Thursday, Nov 6th from 4-6 PM. We will not have our regular kid classes that day. To participate, your child must turn in their completed self control sheet prior to that day. This game time is a reward for those who have taken the time to incorporate the virtue into their lives and have worked on the sheet. Parents, this is for the child to do. No matter their age or ability, they can do this, and we highly encourage you to have them involved in this work. We want to grow your child on and off the mats and this means incorporating the values we discuss in class into their lives.

If your chld has not yet filled out their sheet, or you need to get one, we have them at the front desk.
