What to Expect

You’ll be gently guided through the fundamentals of acro yoga, including:

✨ Partner-based poses and simple acro flows
✨ Clear instruction and hands-on spotting
✨ A supportive, welcoming environment

This workshop is designed to feel fun and accessible, not intimidating. Laughter is encouraged — perfection is not.
