MOVE the body. BREATHE to calm
the mind. REST in Yoga Nidra. This is a well-rounded, in-person
only yoga offering that specifically designed to cultivate a
profound feeling of restful, calm clarity. This is for anyone who
is curious about exploring the depths of an intentional movement,
breath, and meditation practice and how it affects the mind•body
connection. Students will feel what it is like to simply Be in
Presence. MOVE. We will move together in an uplifting Hatha slow
flow for all levels that will include elements of breath and
meditation woven throughout. BREATHE. After movement, we will slow
down and prepare for a healing breath practice. This will be
accompanied by an arc of music to help guide us into a deeply
present and mindful state. REST. We will finish our time with a
guided Yoga Nidra practice accompanied by the Gong. This is a
beautiful way to explore the mind and our human experience. We
learn how to rest within Awareness Itself.
