Our Yoga Team is Growing! Amanda is Joining the team and her first class is on Friday 7th of August! I can't wait for you to meet her, but for now here is a little bit about Amanda.
With nearly 30 years of personal practice and a rich background in Ballet and Contemporary Dance, Amanda brings a deep, intuitive understanding of movement and physiology to the mat. Her dedicated yoga journey began in 1998, turning to the practice as a natural pathway to healing following major surgery for Endometriosis. This transformative experience sparked a lifelong dedication to understanding how the body processes emotion, stress, and wellness.
After studying intensely under a long-term mentor Cheryl in Castlemaine, Amanda completed her formal 200-hour Teacher Training at Vitality Yoga with Kerhy Frank in 2016. She has since expanded her expertise to include specialized certifications in Neuro Transformation Therapy, Adrenal Fatigue, Gentle and family-focused yoga. Passionate about women's health, the female reproductive system, and supporting the body through its natural cycles—from pre-natal stages through to perimenopause—her teaching seamlessly blends precise alignment with the power of pranayama. In her Flow classes, you can expect a mindful, fluid practice designed to quiet the mind, tune into the internal body, and cultivate a deep mind-body connection to you.
