Hello! We are unfortunately experiencing a high number of no shows and late cancellations (later than the 1 hour of cancellation notice we ask for.) As we pay our instructors to show up and deliver a stellar class no matter the number that shows up, (meaning, they are paid to show up even if no one shows up to take the class), we will be charging a $10 fee beginning June 1 for no shows and cancellations within 1 hour of class start time. Not the most fun announcement to make, but one our business needs to make at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
No problem if you need to cancel! Simply log in the same way you do to book your class and select 'early cancel.' You can also do this in app easily, or from any browser. No emails necessary.
