Pop Up Breathwork Class

Breathwork is an active meditation that is particularly helpful for the very active minds of today. Using a gentle rhythmic breathing pattern, you will be guided to release tension, stress and anxiety from your nervous system.
This practice is done laying down with the accompaniment of music. Once learned, breathwork can become a great activity to do with your children and as a family.
