International Women’s Day is a time to celebrate strength, movement, and empowerment. To honor the strong women in our lives, we invite you to celebrate by bringing a woman to join you for a class on Saturday March 7 and Sunday March 8 in one of the selected classes.

Of course—if you’d prefer to come on your own, you’re welcome to join us. All participants must register with the studio and follow the studio’s policies. All members are welcome to these classes.
