BE the Breath
A Monthly Ritual for Mind-Body Harmony
By understanding
how the breath and mind-body are intimately connected, we learn how
to better navigate our environments. When the breath is irregular,
erratic, and restricted, this translates into the same qualities in
our mind-body. When the breath flows freely and easily, the
mind-body follows. We can always change the way we breathe which
will in turn influence our mood.
In this class, students will learn and practice numerous Pranayama
(breathing) techniques to meet themselves where they are, to better
support their nervous system, and understand the benefits of a
consistent Pranayama practice.
