Women's Circle Workshop March 1

This women’s circle offers a supportive, educational space to feel calmer, steadier, and more connected while learning how stress, hormones, and daily demands affect the nervous system. Through gentle movement, breathwork, reflection, and accessible nervous system education, you’ll leave feeling more grounded, informed, and supported—with practical tools you can carry into everyday life.

What to expect:

    • Education on the nervous system and vagus nerve

    • Gentle breathwork, tapping, sound healing, and guided meditation

    • Light, accessible movement to settle the body

    • Journaling and reflection

    • Tea and light refreshments

    • Printed handouts with nervous system calming practices to take home

Chairs will be available for anyone who prefers not to sit on the floor.

  • This workshop is for women who are:

    • 40+ and navigating perimenopause or menopause

    • Caregivers who are often last on their own list

    • Professionals feeling overwhelmed or out of balance

    • Experiencing physical or hormonal changes that feel confusing or unsettling

    • Seeking calm, clarity, and connection without pressure or performance

You’ll leave feeling steadier, more informed, and less alone — with practical tools you can use in daily life to support your nervous system and overall well-being.

All levels are welcome. No yoga experience required.
