Pole dancing has long existed in strip club culture. OG Sexy Flow is a tribute to the dancers and communities that featured pole dancing long before it was branded as fitness more than 20 years ago.
Skill Requirements: Level 1 Vamp Flow or
Level 1 Trick Inferno experience.
Attire: sandal heels, kneepads. (either
leggings or shorts are fine)
