Weโre delighted to be opening bookings again for
our much-loved Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Program
A beautiful way for
children to move, breathe, and reset after a busy school day.
Designed especially for primary schoolโaged
children (5โ12 years), this 8-week term-based program offers a
nurturing introduction to yoga and mindfulness in a safe,
supportive studio environment. Each session is playful, engaging,
and thoughtfully structured to support growing bodies and
minds.
Through a mix of yoga, movement, mindfulness, and
relaxation, children will be supported to:
Our program is led by the wonderful Silke, an
experienced yoga teacher and former high school educator who brings
warmth, structure, and a calm presence to every class. Silke holds
a current Blue Card and is NDIS registered/verified, providing
families with peace of mind.
A supportive and uplifting after-school experience
where children can unwind, build resilience, and develop lifelong
wellbeing skills
