We recommend 2–3 classes per week to build strength, support your body, and move better in everyday life.

Most clients choose a consistent weekly plan—removing the guesswork and creating a routine they can return to.

Here’s how to get started:

Prefer flexibility? Sessions are always available.

Book your classes in the app or online—either week by week or in advance.
We can also reserve your preferred times for you.
