Beginning February 15, this is an 8-week whole-person health program combining lecture, discussion, and embodied practices. Sessions run weekly for 1.5 hours and offer you information to work with throughout the week between sessions.
This is not a detox, a cleanse, or a diet. This program offers practical, intuitive knowledge for understanding and navigating real-world, everyday health issues, putting you in charge of your own healing journey.
