Be1Fitness is throwing an all day celebration of dance, music and community set in your local Kitsilano studio. Perfect for beginners, take a peek inside Vancouver’s funnest community, where you won’t just find your passion, you’ll find your people.

Explore two unique class pathways across the day. Build poise and power in our Confidence classes, or embrace flow, sensuality and self-expression in our Spicy classes. Take both to create your perfect experience.

Confidence Sampler - Lean into fitness and building your body, without the spicier elements of pole dance.

Spicy Sampler - Start your journey to the siren side of pole dance. Learn to move in ways that entice you and your audience.

Time: 2-hour sessions between 11am - 7pm
