As Sheffield's leading yoga and wellness studio, we're proud to open our Teacher Training programmes across both Yoga and Pilates - delivered in our state-of-the-art Sheffield studio.

Whether your heart's on the mat or at the machine, whether you're starting fresh or ready to upskill, this is your opportunity to step to the front of the room with confidence - and build a career you love.

🧘 Yoga Teacher Training
Yoga Alliance 200-hour certified · September 2026 - June 2027

Train in our signature R1SE movement style and qualify to teach in studios, gyms and beyond. Through our training, you will gain:

• Internationally recognised Yoga Alliance 200-hour qualification (RYT-200)
• Flexible blended learning - weekly evenings, Sunday workshops + online study
• Practical teaching from your very first month
• Physio-led safety and a close-knit, supportive cohort
• Personal mentorship from Rosie, Jen & the R1SE team

📅 Mondays 6:15-9pm (from 7th Sept) + five Sunday workshops: 4th & 25th Oct, 24th Jan, 7th March, 4th April

🤸 Pilates Teacher Training
Level 3 Diploma · delivered with our expert partners at CreatePT

Ready to lead the flow or master the machine? Train in Matwork, Reformer, or both. Through our training, you will gain:

• Internationally recognised Level 3 Diploma - YMCA Awards accredited & Ofqual-regulated
• Flexible home study + hands-on studio weekends (Sat & Sun, 9am-5pm)
• Personal mentorship from Jen & Rosie
• Graduate confident, qualified & career-ready

Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Matwork
📅 Workshops: 12-13 & 24-26 September 2026 📝 Assessment: 21-22 November 2026

Level 3 Reformer Pilates Instructor Training
