Wellness in the Woods | Saturday, February 21
Join Liz for
a FREE 45-minute class focused on building stability, flexibility,
and relaxation through the practices of breathwork, mindful
movement, and meditation. Wellness in the Woods classes are
sponsored by the Forest Preserve District of Cook County and happen
once a month.
Please come
dressed comfortably in active wear with your yoga mat (if you have
one). The class will be held indoors.
