Join Sarah and Mare for Where Intuition Meets Vision, an afternoon designed to help you slow down, listen inward, and let creativity lead the way.

We’ll begin with some gentle movement and stretching to help the body settle, followed by a guided meditation to quiet the mind. Then we’ll let intuition take the lead as we tear, cut, and gather images, colors, and words that call to us. No overthinking. Just noticing what grabs your attention.

While you create, Mare will be playing crystal bowls, koshi chimes, steel tongue drum, ocean drum, and other soothing instruments. Think of it as a sound bath for your nervous system while your intuition does its thing.

We’ll pause midway for tea and a snack, then come back together to reflect on what emerged.

No art experience needed. Just curiosity.
