This
course is considered continued education and covers the advanced
level Reformer repertoire. A strong understanding of the
Foundational Mat and Reformer is required as the advanced work
builds on the foundations of these earlier courses. There will be
functional anatomy review, modification considerations and case
studies to encourage continued critical thinking about the
application of the exercises.

With the Pilates Process approach, our concern isn’t that the client performs Pilates well, though that will happen over time. Our aim is that Pilates serves the client well, helping them develop more efficiency, greater stability, balanced power and improved posture. This approach is profoundly different from other methods.
