Be A Beginner - Monday nights 6-7:15pm

If you have been curious about yoga but were not quite sure where to start, this workshop is for you. Whether you are brand new, coming back after some time away, or simply wanting a better understanding of what is happening in class, this is a welcoming place to begin.

We will move slowly, break things down, and create plenty of space for questions along the way. There is no pressure to keep up or get it “right.” This workshop is about helping you feel comfortable, supported, and at home on your mat at Be Here Yoga.

What You’ll Learn

A gentle, easy to follow introduction to the foundations of yoga, including:

• Common poses like Down Dog, Chaturanga (yoga push up), and key standing and seated shapes
• Simple alignment tips so your body feels steady, supported, and safe
• Breathwork basics to help you relax and stay present
• Ways to modify poses so they work for your body, just as it is

You will leave feeling more at ease, more confident, and ready to walk into your next yoga class knowing you belong there.
